I need help understanding how to improve my concentration at work! any brain exercises I can do?
by d way im working as a waitress and I have to consentration my boss at my job. another thing is I'm working from 11:30 am to 5 pm ang then I partime job for 2 hours and then back to my sick-time job Full from 20:00 until 1 am.
